Module Icon Accounts Integration Module

The Accounts Integration module is an additional module. It provides the connection between either Sage 50 or QuickBooks. Any Sales or Purchase Invoices can be forwarded to these accounts packages.
  • Post invoices directly to Sage 50 or QuickBooks
  • Creates accounts for contacts sent for the first time from Clarity
  • Can use consistent invoice reference numbers in both accounts and Clarity
  • Ability to post both Sales and Purchase Invoices, and Purchase Orders to Sage if required
  • Easily filter between posted invoices and those waiting to be sent through to Sage
  • Nominal Code synchronisation between Clarity and Accounts
  • Project costs can be transferred
