Production Scheduling Module

The Production Scheduling module is an additional module. It allows you to schedule operations within departments of your business, taking into account capacity of those resources. The schedule can be displayed in a diary or Gantt view and allows a user an overall view of all production activity with the option to reschedule some or all jobs as required.

Create 'Job Cards' with scheduled operation time against Work Centres and Departments
View all 'Work in Progress' jobs with live status on a single screen
Prioritise and filter jobs by status through the production process
Provide shop-floor with template step-by-step production process instructions using Job Cards
Save and load template Job Cards for common activities
Includes a Gantt and Diary display of production activities by Job or Department work load
View capacity for each Department or Work Centre in a single page summary
