Clarity can create goods received notes and automatically tick items off your bill of materials. Then you can use the software to choose which facility, zone, rack or bin to send stock to and label it up with stickers printed from Clarity. If jobs are waiting on newly arrived stock, Clarity will allocate the materials to production instead.
Picking lists generated directly from quotes
When a customer quote has been confirmed, Clarity can create a picking list for your warehouse. Here’s where it gets really clever. Clarity will ‘know’ if there are multiple jobs requiring the same materials and allow you to pick for multiple jobs at once.

Intelligent roll management
Our Advanced Stock functionality – an optional addition to the basic Clarity package for the print industry – gives you the ability to nest specific jobs to rolls of material, using off-cuts and partial rolls to save money and increase efficiency. There’s no need to unravel rolls (risking damage to your materials) to check what you’ve got, it’s there on the system allowing you to quote quickly and accurately.
